4400HA 1 HP Surface Aerator 240V No Float No Control Panel
Introduce more oxygen faster with a 1 hp Surface Aerator. The high-performance design of this aerator uses a single open propeller that creates and pushes water droplets into the air allowing efficient transfer of oxygen to the water. Agitation and movement created by the process spread the oxygenated water throughout the body of water. These units can operate in as little as 19 in. of water.
1 hp Surface Aerator is ideal for ponds/tanks with surface areas of about 1 acre. All units come with a float and three 50 ft. mooring lines.
Choose from two power configurations, 120-Volt or 240-Volt. Power Cord Lengths are available up to 400 ft for the 240-Volt fountains and up to 200 ft for the 120-Volt Fountains. The 75 ft Power Cable option is only available for the 120-Volt units.
High-efficiency design means low power compensation and low operating costs. Heavy-duty motor and corrosion resistant design; suitable for salt-water or other corrosive environments
High performance surface aerators dramatically push high volumes of water into the air. This process increases the overall health of your water and keeps it thoroughly mixed. This introduction of oxygen and water movement breaks up stratification, eliminates odor, discourages algae growth and promotes a healthy aquatic environment. These self-contained units deliver up to 3 lbs of O2 per HP per hour of operation, making surface aerators the most dependable and efficient units on the mark
Features
- Efficient design ensures low power consumption and low total cost of ownership
- Built with long lasting internal components
- Salt water compatible stainless steel components allow reliable performance in harsh environments
- Easily maintain by cleaning motor housing when dirty and replacing anode when visibly corroded
Installation
Surfacer aerators can be installed and maintained by a single person. The motor is self-contained with a single power cord and the unit can be attached to the optional bottom screen to keep debris out. Mount the motor on the included float to place the aerator on the surface of the water. Connect the included 3 (50' each) mooring lines to the float and anchor the lines to the shoreline to keep the unit in place.
Maintenance
To maintain your surface aerator, simply clean the motor housing once or twice per year.
