When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within one week, with many shipping the same day!

Is the shipping cost included in price?

Shipping and processing costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise noted. 

Do you offer express shipping for free items?
Express shipping options such as “FedEx 2 Day”, “FedEx Standard Overnight” and “FedEx Priority Overnight” are not included in the “Free Shipping” price. Please call customer service at : 888-937-8328 if you require express shipping on an item.”

How do you ship packages over 150 lbs?
Packages over 150 lbs are typically shipped via Freight Truck.

Is lift-gate service included with freight truck deliveries?
Lift gate service is not included in the quoted rate for freight shipping. If you require a lift gate, please contact customer service at: 888-937-8328

Does the customer pay return shipping?
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. If there are exigent circumstances where there was an error made by the seller with your order, we will cover return shipping.

What is the shipping policy?
Lake n Pond Pros stocks almost all products we sell and typically ship those products within one business day. Free shipping options are available, but express shipping options are not included.

How are packages shipped?
Most packages weighing less than 150 pounds are shipped via UPS ground service. Express shipping options are available for an additional fee; call for details at: 888-937-8328

What happens if a product is out of stock?
We will work with customers to inform them of product availability and estimated arrival time. If the time frame is not acceptable to the customer we will work to find an acceptable substitution for their purchase.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?
Inspect all merchandise and compare the number of packages you received with the bill of lading before signing to formally accept delivery. Note any damages or shortages directly on the bill of lading. This is very important. Then contact our team at Lake N Pond Pros so that we can gather the information to file a claim and make it right with you.

Does Lake n Pond Pros ship internationally?
Lake N Pond Pros only ships inside the contiguous lower 48 states. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada, Mexico, and other countries, please call for a quote.

Return & Refunds

Initiating a return or exchange process?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at (833) 779-2837 or email info@lakenpondpros.com during business hours (M-F, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. CST).

Are all products eligible for return/exchange?
Most products purchased from Lake N Pond Pros are eligible for return or exchange. However, consumables, excess bulk items, and special-order items cannot be returned.

What is the warranty policy for defective products?
Lake N Pond Pros will process the product warranty on behalf of the customer. The defective item must be returned to us with a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. The cost of return shipping plus all required packaging is the responsibility of the buyer. All warranties are limited to replacement or refund of the cost of the product.

Are there restocking fees for returned items?
Yes, there may be restocking fees for returned items. If a new, unused item is returned within 30 days, a commensurate restocking fee proportional to the salability of the unit may be charged. For used items, the minimum restocking fee shall be 50% and may be more depending on the condition of the item.

Do I need to return a defective product after replacement?
If a replacement is sent for a defective product under warranty, the defective product must be returned to Midwestponds.com within 20 days. If the defective product is not returned within 20 days, the customer will be charged for the replacement.

Who is responsible for freight costs and arrangements?
The customer is responsible for the freight costs and arrangements for returns and exchanges. Original freight costs are non-refundable.
