FFont`N-Aire Platinum 3HP Carnival Nozzle Single Phase
The FLOAT is fabricated from robust polyethylene molded plastic, incorporating UV inhibitors for enhanced durability. Moreover, it is filled with non-hygroscopic pressure-molded polystyrene foam, providing both increased resilience and buoyancy.
The POWER DRIVE ASSEMBLY encompasses a mounting structure (drive structure assembly), pump/propeller, nozzle, and motor, synergistically operating to propel the fountain system.
Conversely, the ELECTRICAL SERVICE CABLE ASSEMBLY comprises a standard 100-foot length of AWG# 12/4 submersible cable. Accompanying it is a submersible quick disconnect connector that seamlessly interfaces with the fountain, ensuring a secure electrical connection.
The CONTROLS integrate diverse components, including a 24-hour time clock, off/on trippers, a Franklin Electric start and run QD capacitor box, and an inline ELCI ground fault protector. These components are prewired and meticulously affixed to a 16” x 14” plate. Notably, Air-O-Lator exclusively relies on the Franklin Electric 600M submersible motor for all fountain lines. This motor is purposefully designed for lake and pond fountain applications, featuring water cooling and lubrication while prioritizing environmental safety.
The CENTRIFUGAL PUMP DISPLAY FOUNTAIN's unique center discharge pump design ensures the vertical alignment of both the submersible motor's shaft and the discharge. As a result, the entire weight of the fountain is concentrated at the center of the float. Additionally, this design simplifies the installation and removal of the fountain from the float, eliminating the requirement for special mounting brackets or hardware.

Furthermore, our centrifugal pump design stands out in its capacity to generate high pressure, facilitating the creation of impressive heights and displays with notably reduced horsepower demands compared to alternative fountain equipment. It is crucial to emphasize that this fountain serves a purely aesthetic purpose. This distinction arises from the fact that the volume of water propelled into the air does not meet the criteria to be classified as an aerating device, a determination established through oxygen transfer testing and stringent adherence to Air-O-Lator's standards.
