Our CENTRIFUGAL PUMP DISPLAY FOUNTAIN stands out with its distinctive center discharge pump design, keeping the submersible motor shaft and discharge in a vertical position. This ingenious design ensures the entire weight of the fountain stays centered on the float, simplifying installation and removal without the need for special mounting brackets or hardware. The centrifugal pump design generates high pressure, enabling impressive fountain heights and displays with significantly lower horsepower compared to other fountain equipment.

It's important to note that the fountain is primarily designed for aesthetic purposes, as the volume of water pumped into the air doesn't meet the criteria for being considered an aerating device based on oxygen transfer testing and Outdoor Water Solutions standards.

The Legacy fountain comes equipped with four distinct nozzle spray patterns, offering versatility in your water feature. Additionally, a flow reduction disc is available for those with smaller ponds, effectively restricting the flow as needed.

Optional Light Kits for the Font`N-Aire Legacy 1/2HP:

Option 1: (2) High Quality RGB lights by Aspect Lighting. These LED landscape lights are waterproof (with an IP65 rating) and feature an aluminum body. These lights come standard with a clear glass trim. Each are 9 watt RGB lights and offer the full spectrum of colors including white. This option includes a remote and is 24v low voltage and includes a photocell timer.

Option 2: (3) High Quality White LED lights. They are also waterproof with an IP65 rating and feature a durable die cast metal housing. Each are 6 watts and are 24v low voltage. Includes a photocell timer.

How It Works

The Legacy pond fountain performance characteristics can be modified to adjust for areas that are smaller. Simply remove the nozzle/ plenum from the pump and insert the flow reduction disc (included) into the nozzle/plenum and reattach to the pump. The flow reduction disc (F.R.D.) restricts the volume of water introduced into the nozzle plenum thereby reducing the spray pattern height and diameter.

The float is constructed of rugged polyethylene molded plastic with UV inhibitors and filled with non-hygroscopic pressure molded polystyrene foam, measuring 24”x 24” with only 3” thickness. The fountain includes a power drive assembly with a motor count, centrifugal pump, nozzle and a motor. A 24-hour time clock is included and can be set with multiple off/on trippers.

The unique Centrifugal Pump Display Fountain center discharge design keeps the shaft of the submersible motor and the discharge in a vertical position, allowing the entire weight of the fountain to remain in the center of the float. The Centrifugal Pump Display Fountain produces high-pressure which creates terrific water spray heights and displays while using less horsepower.

This fountain should only be used for aesthetics because the volume of water being pumped into the air is not enough to be considered an aerating device.
