The Outdoor Water Solutions Aquarian™ Solar Surface Aerator delivers powerful, off-grid pond aeration using clean, renewable solar energy. Designed to increase dissolved oxygen, improve water circulation, and eliminate stagnant water, this 1 HP floating solar aerator provides an energy-efficient solution for maintaining healthier ponds and lakes without the cost of electricity.

Powered by an advanced 1,480-watt solar array, the Aquarian™ Solar uses four premium 24V bifacial solar panels that capture sunlight from both sides to maximize energy production and extend daily operating time. The system is managed by the OWS Max Energy™ Solar Inverter, which efficiently converts solar energy to power the high-performance water-cooled motor during daylight hours.

The scientifically engineered high-speed, foul-resistant propeller pumps large volumes of water into the air, creating millions of fine droplets that maximize oxygen transfer. This process helps release trapped gases, improve circulation, reduce algae growth, minimize odors, and eliminate stagnant water zones, resulting in cleaner water and a healthier aquatic ecosystem.

For property owners requiring extended operation, the Aquarian™ Solar can be upgraded with an optional AC/DC power blending system, allowing grid power to supplement solar energy after sunset for continuous aeration and optional lighting capabilities.

Installation & Optional Upgrades

The Aquarian™ Solar Surface Aerator is designed for straightforward installation in ponds and lakes of various sizes.

For secure mooring, Outdoor Water Solutions recommends using approximately three feet of 1/4-inch polyethylene rope for every foot of water depth, anchored with weighted concrete blocks or securely attached to the shoreline.

For continuous day-and-night operation, optional 50-foot, 100-foot, and 150-foot grid power cords are available to activate the AC/DC power blending feature. This optional upgrade automatically supplements solar power with utility power during low-light conditions while also enabling optional fountain lighting.
