By continuously circulating warmer water from below the surface upward, it helps prevent ice formation and reduce the risk of damage caused by ice expansion and pressure.

Designed for continuous operation, the Dock Mount De-Icer features a rugged, oil-free, stainless-steel construction and a professional-grade, maintenance-free motor built to perform through harsh winter conditions. The ½-hp model maintains a minimum 50-foot-diameter ice-free area, while the 1-hp model can protect areas up to 70 feet in diameter, even during extreme below-zero conditions.
