The durable stainless-steel base has no sharp edges and is self-sinking. Compatible with both 3/8-inch and ½-inch airline or tubing and suitable for fresh and salt water. Made in the USA.
• Easy-Pro Single Diffuser – Ships standard with Scott Aerator Bubble Pro and Bubble Pro Mini subsurface aerator systems. Designed for freshwater use and backed by a five-year warranty.
• Easy-Pro Double Diffuser – Ships standard with Scott Aerator Bubble Pro Max and Bubble Pro Max XL subsurface aerator systems. Designed for freshwater use and backed by a five-year warranty.

How Sub-Surface Aeration Works

Sub-surface aeration uses one or more diffuser modules positioned at the bottom of the pond and connected to weighted tubing and an on-shore air compressor. The compressor pushes air through the weighted airline to the diffusers, where thousands of small air bubbles are produced.

As the bubbles rise through the water column, they create an upward current that lifts bottom water toward the surface. This circulation helps replenish oxygen and distribute oxygen throughout the pond.
